PROS:
-the hair has nice texture
-her waist has a subtle and refreshing curve to it
-nice detailing on her neck

this is a good start, but from this there is a lot to improve upon. I assume she's standing in water but you could add much more detail there. Also, it is poorly scanned and very unclear. Shading is almost nonexistent and it looks very flat. I'm not sure what that black section over her eye is supposed to be. while some people have their own unique ways her eyes are not really in anime style, either. keep working on it
